ahh i love this, it's really cute *U*)b
okay so just considering the pixel not the animation;
VICION AND TECHNIQUE
i really like the neatness of your lines (a must-have for a decent pixel imo), but i feel that the bright pink liningfor the torso/head is a little inconsistent with its feet which could have a darker colour to standard out more and make the white outline 'pop' more, as well as making the pixel look cleaner
i love the detail you put into the shading of the face <3 it's very detailed and soft and easy on the eye and it'd be amazing to see that softness on the rest of the body like it's tail and torso which look 'harder' in comparison if that makes sense. perhaps a bit of AA or a second shading colour or little 'tufts' of hair would help (unless ofc your character is meant to be like that orz)

ORIGINALITY
i like how the pixel is highly stylised that makes it uniquely yours, which is pretty commendable since i feel like a lot of pixels i see are typical ie. boring
i also like the limited pallette that you used, but i would recommend using a pallette (which i find hard myself ;v; we're always learning) such as puddles who i greatly admire!

now for the animation: a really convincing and cute job of making it blink,smile and bounce (animations are harder than it looks guys!!). having more frames with less changes per frame would of course smoothen it out, and maybe a slight shift in body weight as it bounces or a 'lag' bounce/flop in the scarf and rabbit button would make it seem more natural

IMPACT: great job in total, highly stylised and a wonderful job for a 'rough pixel'. the suggestions above are only my opinion ofc but i think it migt help make your pixel more impactful!

sorry for the super long critique (my first though haha) and keep up the great work! <3
